About Teri

I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist currently practicing in a welcoming space that inspires healing and reflection in the Castro district of San Francisco.

As an herbalist, my experience has been that Chinese herbs can assist in prolonging and also enhancing the effects of an acupuncture treatment and I offer a variety of high quality patented formulas to help with my patient's specific health needs.

Education and Degrees

I received my Masters of Science degree from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. I am licensed by the California State board of Acupuncture and I am also nationally certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Office Hours and Rates

My treatment days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
My rates are on a sliding scale:
$75-$95 for the first visit and $50-$70 for subsequent visits. Please refer to my FAQ page for information on insurance billing.

I believe that involving the patient as much as possible in their own healing process will bring about the best results and I make every effort to accomplish this by education and answering any question you might have.
